Gail was incredible! She was so kind, thoughtful and willing to help with short notice. She made our day exactly what we wanted it to be. Gail was willing to meet us down by the James River at the Pipeline, not an everyday ceremony venue, that's for sure. She did a great job communicating during the planning and helped us understand our options for the ceremony, location, etc. Her expertise was so valuable as we didn't even know what we wanted or what our options were for an intimate ceremony like this one.
